Creamy Cheesy Corn
Ingredients:
4 cups of corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika or chili powder (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Corn: If using frozen or fresh corn, cook it in a skillet over medium heat until it’s tender.
2. Add Butter and Cream: Add the butter to the skillet, then pour in the heavy cream and stir.
3. Add Cheese: Stir in the cream cheese until it’s melted and fully incorporated. Then add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until it’s melted and the mixture is creamy.
4. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve: Transfer the creamy corn to a serving dish, then sprinkle with a little paprika or chili powder for garnish.
