Tender Chicken Delight

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup plain yogurt

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Marinade:

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2. Marinate the Chicken:

Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to infuse and the chicken to tenderize.

3. Cook the Chicken:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

Alternatively, you can grill the chicken over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.

4. Garnish and Serve:

Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve with rice, vegetables, or a side of your choice.
