recipe for an easy No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake:

Ingredients:

1 graham cracker pie crust

1 (8 oz) package of softened cream cheese

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand)

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 can cherry pie filling (for topping)

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, continuing to beat until well combined and smooth.

3. Stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice until fully incorporated.

4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust, spreading evenly.

5. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or until set.

6. Once chilled and set, top with cherry pie filling before serving.
