Corn bites
Ingredients:

4 corn cobs (cut into smaller pieces)

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp paprika or chili powder

1 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Boil or grill the corn: Cook the corn pieces until tender (about 10-12 minutes for boiling). If grilling, brush them lightly with oil and grill until slightly charred.

2. Prepare the creamy sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, melted butter, lime juice, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

3. Coat the corn: Toss the cooked corn pieces in the creamy sauce mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

4. Garnish: Sprinkle chopped cilantro or parsley on top for a fresh flavor and a pop of color.

5. Serve: Optionally, dust the top with extra chili powder or paprika for a spicy kick.
