Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ tsp onion powder (optional)

½ tsp salt

2 large eggs

½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs like chives or parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter or non-stick spray.

2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

3. Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, and melted butter.

4. Mix together: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Fold in shredded cheese and herbs if using.

5. Portion into muffin tin: Evenly divide the batter among the muffin tin cups.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean.

7. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Tips:

You can add crumbled bacon or cooked sausage for a savory twist.

Serve with butter or low-carb jam.
