Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until well mixed.

3. Add dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.

4. Fold in bananas: Gently fold in the mashed bananas into the batter, being careful not to overmix.

5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6. Cool and serve: Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
