Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

14 hard-cooked eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Eggs: Peel the hard-cooked eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

2. Mix Filling: Mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

4. Chill: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
