Chicken Pot Pie with Cheddar Bay Biscuits:

Ingredients

1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 bag frozen mixed vegetables

2 cans cream of chicken soup

2 tablespoons sour cream

1/4 cup milk or heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen veggies, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

3. Prepare Baking Dish: Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish.

4. Prepare Biscuits: Follow the instructions on the Cheddar Bay Biscuits box to prepare the dough.

5. Top with Biscuits: Place the biscuit dough on top of the chicken mixture, spreading them evenly.

6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven until the biscuits are golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.

7. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
