Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak bites are golden brown on the outside.
Add butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley to the skillet. Stir well to coat the steak bites in the garlic herb butter.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant and the herbs are wilted.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
