Chicken
Italian pasta served with chicken breast
Ingredients:
– Italian pasta (such as spaghetti or fettuccine)
– Chicken breast, sliced or cubed
– Olive oil
– Onion, chopped
– Garlic cloves, minced
– Tomato sauce
– Italian seasoning (such as oregano, parsley, and thyme)
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the chicken breast pieces to the skillet and cook until fully cooked.
4. Next, add the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet, and stir well to combine.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the tomato sauce and chicken until well coated.
6. Transfer the dish to a serving plate and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
