Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs or a mix of dried basil, oregano, and thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Season the shrimp and chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Add the chicken to the skillet and sauté until it’s cooked through and golden on the outside, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed, and then add the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside with the chicken.
In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets, more garlic if you like, and a bit of water to help steam the broccoli. Cook until the broccoli is bright green and tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Return the chicken and shrimp to the skillet with the broccoli and toss everything together to warm through. Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Serve this dish as a wholesome meal that combines lean protein and vegetables. It’s both healthy and satisfying!
