Garlic Butter Grilled Chicken Breast 😋

-Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Garlic Butter:

1/4 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste

-Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, and brush them with olive oil to prevent sticking to the grill.

Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the meat is no longer pink.

While the chicken is grilling, make the garlic butter. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Remove from heat, stir in the chopped parsley, paprika, and lemon juice. Season with a pinch of salt to taste.

Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

Pour the garlic butter over the grilled chicken breasts just before serving, ensuring to cover them evenly.

Optionally, you can garnish with extra chopped parsley and serve with a side of vegetables, a salad, or as part of the meal shown in the picture with macaroni and cheese and a dinner roll.

Macaroni and Cheese 😍

-Ingredients:

2 cups macaroni pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

-Instructions:

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for a minute.
Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Serve warm.

Dinner Roll 🔥

-Ingredients:

Store-bought dinner rolls or you can make them from scratch with flour, yeast, sugar, butter, milk, and salt following any basic dinner roll recipe.

-Instructions:

Bake the dinner rolls according to the package instructions or your recipe until golden brown.
Serve warm with butter.
Plate the blackened chicken breast with a spoonful of the creamy sauce and caramelized onions, a serving of macaroni and cheese, and a dinner roll on the side.
