Surf and Turf Delight

– 2 beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin), about 1-inch thick
– 2 whole lobsters, about 1-1.5 lbs each
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper
– 1 lemon, cut into wedges

1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
2. Make the herb butter: In a small bowl, mix together butter, garlic, parsley, chives, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Prepare the lobsters: Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise. Remove the claw meat and crack the claws. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
5. Grill the steaks: Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust the cooking time according to your preferred doneness.
6. Grill the lobsters: Place the lobster halves shell side down on the grill. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
7. Serve the steak and lobster on a plate. Top with a dollop of herb butter and a wedge of lemon on the side.
