Honey-Soy Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:
– 8 chicken thighs
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
– 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
– Olive oil spray

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and granulated garlic. Stir until well mixed.
2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 25 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
3. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
4. Lightly spray a baking dish with olive oil. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in the dish in a single layer.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear.
6. Optional: For a more caramelized finish, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes.
