BEST STEAK

Ingredient
10 oz thinly sliced steak
2 tbsp veg oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1/2 tsp ginger
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 onion, sliced
1/4 cup shaved Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup matchstick carrots
2 packs instant ramen, (seasoning packet discarded)

Make sauce with soy sauce, water, sugar, wine, gingers, garlic, sesame oil and cornstarch. Put aside.

Over medium high heat add vegetable oil, cook steak on each side until browned about 1 minute. Put aside.

You may need to add a little more oil to pan and then add in veggies and cook a few minutes, until softened and slightly charred. Add sauce and steak to pan, allowing to thicken and then add in cooked ramen noodles and enjoy!
