Buffalo Lemon Pepper Wings
Ingredients:
– 2 lbs chicken wings
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
– 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 lemon, zest and juice
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix the wings with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
3. Arrange the wings on a baking rack over a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and golden.
4. While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine buffalo sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, honey, and butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined. Turn off the heat and stir in the lemon zest and juice.
5. Once the wings are baked, toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
