Seafood Linguine in Creamy White Wine Sauce

– 400g linguine pasta
– 200g mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and squid rings)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1/2 cup white wine
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– Lemon wedges for serving

1. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the mixed seafood to the pan and cook until just opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in white wine and let simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
5. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Toss the cooked linguine into the sauce, mixing well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
