Vegetable Ground Beef Soup

Quick Vegetable Ground Beef Soup

1 pound of ground beef 🥩
1 onion, diced 🧅
2 cloves of garlic, minced 🧄
2 carrots, peeled and sliced 🥕
2 celery stalks, sliced 🌿
1 bell pepper, diced 🌶️
4 cups of beef or vegetable broth 🥣
1 can (14 ounces) of diced tomatoes 🍅
1 cup of frozen corn kernels 🌽
1 cup of frozen peas 🥦
1 teaspoon of dried thyme 🌿
1 teaspoon of dried oregano 🌿
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂⚫

🔸 In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

🔸 Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for a few minutes until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic becomes fragrant.

🔸 Add the sliced carrots, sliced celery, diced bell pepper, beef or vegetable broth, diced tomatoes (with their juice), frozen corn kernels, frozen peas, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
