Skillet Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
1lb Tiger Shrimp (I used Jumbo)
1 Tbsp Creole Seasoning

1 stick Kerry Gold Butter
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 small shallot, chopped small
4 garlic cloves, minced
Seasonings – creole seasoning, red pepper flakes, old bay, parsley and Italian seasoning
Squeeze of lemon juice

Season the shrimp. Place in a skillet that has 1 Tbsp oil. Cook for 2-4 minutes per side (depends on size of your shrimp). Once done remove from the pan and set it aside.

To a clean pan add your butter. Once it begins to melt add your oil. Next add your garlic and shallots. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Next add in your seasonings (you can add as little or much as you desire). Now add your shrimp and give it a toss. Pour your shrimp and sauce into a bowl and top with freshly shredded parmesan, squeeze of lemon juice, and parsley. Enjoy!!!
