Pork Ribs Mac and Cheese with Cabbage

**Pork Ribs:**
Ingredients:
– Pork ribs
– Salt and pepper
– BBQ sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper.
3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with foil.
4. Bake for 2.5-3 hours until the ribs are tender.
5. Remove from the oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil for a few minutes until caramelized.

**Mac and Cheese:**
Ingredients:
– Macaroni
– Butter
– Flour
– Milk
– Cheddar cheese (shredded)
– Salt and pepper
– Optional: breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour, and cook for a minute.
3. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth and thickened.
4. Add shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper; stir until the cheese is melted.
5. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni.
6. Optionally, top with breadcrumbs and bake until golden and bubbly.

**Cabbage:**
Ingredients:
– Cabbage, shredded
– Olive oil
– Garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add shredded cabbage and cook until tender-crisp.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
