– **1 lb Large Shrimp (Peeled & deveined)**
– **1 cup Red & Green Bell Peppers (sliced)**
– **1 cup Chicken Broth or water**

### Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Meat:**
– Season the beef cubes with jerk seasoning (either store-bought or homemade with spices like allspice, thyme, garlic, onion powder, etc.). Marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

2. **Sear the Steak:**
– In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned beef cubes until they develop a nice crust on the outside. Cook to desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. **Cook the Shrimp:**
– Using the same skillet, cook the peeled and deveined shrimp until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4. **Sauté Peppers:**
– In the same skillet, sauté the sliced red and green bell peppers until they’re slightly softened.

5. **Prepare Yellow Rice:**
– Meanwhile, prepare yellow rice according to package instructions, using chicken broth or water for added flavor.

6. **Assemble:**
– Once all components are cooked, plate the yellow rice as a base.
– Arrange the seared beef cubes, cooked shrimp, and sautéed peppers on top of the rice.

7. **Serve:**
– Serve hot and enjoy the flavorful combination of jerk-spiced steak, succulent shrimp, and vibrant peppers over aromatic yellow rice!
