GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND POTATOES SKILLET
Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak strips to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the quartered potatoes. Cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Add the butter and garlic to the skillet with the potatoes. Stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
