**Grilled Potato, Sausage, and Onion Skewers:**

Ingredients:

– 4 medium-sized potatoes, parboiled and cubed
– 1 pound (450g) sausage, sliced into rounds
– 1 large onion, cut into chunks
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

1. **Preheat the Grill:**
– Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. **Prepare Skewers:**
– Thread the parboiled and cubed potatoes, sausage rounds, and onion chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between ingredients.
