Sandwich
Ingredients:
– Cheese Slices
– Mayonnaise or Mustard
– Tomatoes
– Onion
– Fried Bologna
Preparation:
1. Spray a skillet or heat a small amount of oil over medium-high heat.
2. While the pan is heating up, prepare the bologna. If purchased from the deli, you don’t need to remove the red tip, but for brands like Bar S or Oscar Meyer, remove and discard the red edge.
3. Spread mayonnaise or mustard (or your preferred sauce) across the muffins and chop up any vegetables you might want to add.
4. Bologna cooks quickly, so it’s best to prepare it before putting it in the skillet.
