Shrimp Tomato Spinach Pasta in Garlic Butter Sauce :
**Ingredients:**
– 8 oz (225g) linguine or spaghetti
– 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
**Instructions:**
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
