Lasagna bolognese

LASAGNA BOLOGNESE

Ingredients:

– 1 tablespoon of oil
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 2 tablespoons of minced onion
– 750 grams of ground beef
– 1 cup of cooked carrot, cut into small cubes
– 1 envelope of Knorr® tomato cream (dried tomato cubes with cream)
– 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland chicken broth
– 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
– 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1/4 cup of chopped onion
– 2 dried chiles de árbol (dried red chilies)
– 2 1/2 cups of water
– 1/4 cup of basil leaves
– 8 lasagna pasta sheets
– 1/2 cup of grated manchego cheese

Preparation:

1. For the Bolognese sauce, heat the oil and sauté the garlic, onion, and ground beef until golden brown. Add the cooked carrot and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Tomato Cream, 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth, dried basil, and dried oregano. Let it cook over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked.

2. For the tomato sauce, heat the oil and sauté the garlic, onion, and dried chiles de árbol until golden brown.

3. Pour in the water, and immediately add the remaining Knorr® Tomato Cream. Mix until the lumps are broken and let it come to a boil. Stir constantly and add the basil leaves. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.

4. Place a small amount of sauce at the bottom of a baking dish, then layer with lasagna pasta sheets, ground beef, and some of the tomato sauce. Repeat the process until you finish with the ingredients.

5. Finish with a layer of lasagna pasta, cover it with the tomato sauce, and sprinkle grated manchego cheese on top. Cover the dish and bake it at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes or until the pasta is fully cooked.
