Slow Cooker Barbequed beef
Ingredients:
– 2 pounds beef chuck roast (or any other cut suitable for slow cooking)
– 1 cup barbeque sauce (use your favorite brand or homemade)
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– Burger buns or bread rolls, for serving
Instructions:
1. Trim excess fat from the beef chuck roast and cut it into manageable pieces to fit into the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the barbeque sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create the barbeque sauce.
